Our Amazing 3-Year Buy-Back Guaranty

Our 3- Year Guaranteed Buy-Back will guarantee that we buy back your instrument for a period of up to 3 school years.
This is providing the instrument was purchased from us and shows normal wear for its age.

If you are no longer taking music, want to upgrade, want to change instruments or no longer want your instrument for any reason, you can simply ship it back to us and we will buy it back for a specified amount, no questions asked.

You must first notify us before shipping back any instrument for the Buy Back. Instruments to be repurchased must be shipped to us at your cost and are subject to our inspection and approval first.

1. Return your instrument by July 1 (the following year) and we will pay you 60% of its original purchase price.
2. Return your instrument by July 1 (two years later) and we will pay you 50% of its original purchase price.
3. Return your instrument by July 1 (three years later) and we will pay you 40% of its original purchase price.
Remember your cut off date is always July 1 of any given year.

Our Buy-Back program always has a cutoff date on July 1, because this is the end of the school year. It will give us the opportunity to get the instrument ready for sale by the beginning of the school year.

For example:
A
ll instruments purchased on or after January 1, 2002 will have the first cutoff date (at 60%) on July 1, 2003.
The second (50%) cutoff date will be July 1, 2004 and the third (40%) cutoff date
will be on July 1, 2005.
The plan is simple and convenient for you and now you don't have to rent an old smelly and dirty instrument. Most parents buy an instrument eventually, so why not do it at the start and save all those rental charges as well as providing your child with a quality new instrument. DO IT RIGHT, AT THE START !

What's the catch?

There isn't any. We are happy to get the instrument back. We are so confident in the quality of our instruments that we can offer you this Buy-Back program. Used instruments are always in limited supply so this is how we maintain our used instrument stock. Many people look specifically for used instruments to purchase because of their affordability.

We just ask
of you one thing:

You must return the instrument to us in good condition. We will deduct any damage repairs to the instrument, case or mouthpiece before we buy it back. Normal wear is fine. All you have to do is take care of your instrument. Now that's not too hard is it? We will be strict about this and will deduct the damage from your buy back rate or will not buy it back at all..

Which instruments qualify for the Buy-Back Program?
Its hard for us to list all the specific models but generally all student, advanced student and intermediate instruments qualify.
Professional and special order instruments DO NOT QUALIFY for the Buy-Back program.

Please inquire if your instrument qualifies for Buy-Back before returning it to us.

*Don't you dare send us anything before notifying us first. This is deadly important.
